As a Senior level Bioenergetic Therapist integrating couples therapy, Ingrid helps to reclaim your emotional & physical intmacy to grow into a greater consciously loving & thriving relationship.  She see's the Relationship between two people as her 'client' and creates a safe place for both parties to be able to re-connect and find the love that is broken or lost. Ingrid also follows the work of Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Terry Real's work in the Relational Life Institute (RLI), the Gottman Method, Harville Hendricks, Relational Imago Theory work and Gay & Katie Hendricks Conscious Partnering work.
